1. You must provide a valid email address (hotmail and AOL email address are banned)
2. You must have uploaded or begun work on your site within 14 days - sites failing to do so may be removed to make room for new accounts
3. Your site should be active, meaning it is receiving "hits" or being updated by you. Sites that either recieve zero hits or are not updated over a period of 60 days is considered inactive and may be subjected to removal to make room for other users
4. Your web pages may not contain or link to any of the following:
- Pornography or adult content including child pornography
- Copyrighted content that you do not have permission to upload/link
- Phishing sites
- Anything illegal including but not limited to illegal software, warez, nulled scripts, serial numbers, cracks, pyramid schemes
5. Your web site must be primarily in English. You must get prior approval for any website in another language
6. You may not use our services for the purpose of spamming including emails
7. You must be at least 13 years of age to register at HostAider.com including our forums

By signing up for our services, you agree to abide by all terms and condition including resource usage policies. While we regularly do backup of our clients, we cannot fully guarantee the reliability and security of your data. You agree to not hold HostAider.com responsible for any damages caused by lost data. We may terminate or restrict services to members of our community that we deem pose a significant risk to our business model. We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions including resource usage policy at any time.
